The role of CTE in the conflict has been to help in reducing the state of violence in the conflict area. Regular trainings and advocacy through SHGs such as cultural/ traditional conflict resolution methods, community dialogues, workshops (during election) were organized and facilitated. Trainings about Self-control were given to our sponsored youth and teenage. Give awareness conflicts based on identity and conflicts that revolve around the claim for political power results in peace, economic and social disadvantages to the community.
