CTE helps people in the community by giving them resources and training. We provide programs for developing skills in entrepreneurship, craftsmanship, and agriculture. We teach farmers in Ethiopia’s rural areas, where agriculture is the main industry, how to use modern farming methods and how to find markets for their produce.
We support the adoption of sustainable farming methods by our community, like community gardens. Through capacity building, CTE addresses the underlying causes of food insecurity and promotes more stable and self-sufficient communities. By giving community members access to resources and training, tackling issues with food security through capacity building, and promoting sustainable resource management techniques for the general welfare of communities.
